Rules for using the Dhimazone platform.
Customers, staff, and partners are expected to use the platform responsibly. Orders, delivery data, and account access should be accurate, lawful, and aligned with the service workflow.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for keeping account and delivery information accurate. Incorrect addresses, unreachable phone numbers, and fraudulent orders may cause cancellation or delivery failure.
Orders and fulfillment
Orders depend on available stock, warehouse allocation, and delivery coverage. Dhimazone may cancel, split, or delay an order when inventory, address, or operational constraints require it.
Platform usage
Users may not misuse the platform, interfere with operations, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false information. Staff access must follow role permissions and internal process.
